Refund policy
SkyKit Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure, and

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the product and its expected lifespan. This may extend beyond any manufacturer’s warranty.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under ACL.
